Sofa (bed) designed by Martin Visser in 1960 and produced by ‘t Spectrum in The Netherlands. Model BR 02.

Thanks to its distinct minimalist design, this sofa became an icon of Dutch furniture design. It is made of a brushed stainless steel base, a rectangular seating area and similar backrest. Because the seating area is slightly tilted backwards, the sofa is more comfortable than one would expect. It is also convertible into a single person bed.
Comes with a BA 02 armrest.
Recently reupholstered in a grey wool fabric from De Ploeg. In excellent condition.
