The Junior lamp is an icon of Dutch design and the expanding industrialisation in the 1950s. The lamp is completely made of metal and has the very recognizable orange shade. The base and socket of this particular lamp have been painted black.
Even though Philips is a Dutch company, this particular lamp was made in Belgium, as can be read on the original label.
In good used condition with normal using marks given its age of about 70 years.
